Lisa S. Wolff, PsyD, is a Licensed Psychologist and School Psychologist with more than 25 years of counseling experience with children, teens, families, and adults. She strives to create a safe, supportive space where her clients are able to work through challenging emotions, develop better self-regulation in moments of distress, improve their self-esteem, and feel more connected in their relationships. Dr. Lisa specializes in working with individuals of all ages who identify as gifted and twice-exceptional, those who struggle with anxiety, depression and executive functioning weaknesses, as well as those who are simply trying to manage the highs and lows of daily living. Additionally, Dr. Lisa provides support to young people who are exploring their gender and sexual identity, and to their family members. Dr. Lisa uses a combination of mindfulness-based CBT, psychoeducation, collaborative problem-solving, and positive parenting approaches to help the children and adults with whom she works. As a mother of three young men and a woman with a lifetime of experience, Dr. Lisa brings wisdom, compassion, and a good dose of humor to her practice.
